Crystal Dunn - USA Soccer Team
Crystal Dunn is vital player for the USA Women’s World Cup team. Dunn might be playing the position of defender, but she is a threat to score at any point and time on the field. Crystal has a very storied career so far which starts from her High School days. Graduating from South Side High School in Rockville Centre, N.Y., she previously led her tea to the State Championships in 2006, 2007, and lastly 2009. During her college career, Dunn played at the University of North Carolina.
Dunn was selected with the 1st overall pick by the Washington Spirit in the 2014 NWSL Draft. During the 2015 season Dunn showed her dominance when she scored 15 goals and took home the 2015 NWSL Golden Boot. Dunn changed and developed more into a better overall player when she played at Chelsea from 2017-2018. Now Crystal is playing for the North Carolina Courage, which she is reunited with her former club coach Paul Riley. Crystal missed out on the World Cup in 2015 but is determined to make her presence felt on this year’s team.
