  • Now lift your right foot & rest it on the inside of the left foot just above the knee

  • Now, bend your knees & bring the heels close o the pelvic region.

Mountain pose

Direction to perform this yoga pose:

  • Stand straight with your feet wide apart & arms at your side.
  • Distribute your bodyweight equally onto both feet
  • Inhale & lengthen your spine, exhale & relax your shoulders
  • Do inhale & exhale for a few breaths
